Our Story

There Was Something About the Building

Picture a thriving restaurant of the eighties, owned by a respected businessman and father of two sons. Now time travel to thirty years later,

when one of those sons moves into the exact same building on Canton Street in Roswell, Georgia, with an exciting venture for the new millennium. 

Brad Hancock, Jr. used to ride his bike up to his dad’s restaurant to wash dishes and grab a bite. Now he and his colleague John Michael Brunetti have given the old place amazing new life. 


They knew the combination of great Tex-Mex, quality cocktails (signature Rocktails!), screens as far as the eye could see, and outrageously

talented local musicians would come together to create something that would stick. Something that would rock. 


Now, Brad and John Michael are ready to lead Rock ‘N’ Taco franchise owners into new buildings in need of food, fun, and rock ‘n’ roll.

 We are looking for financially qualified people who understand this is a complex concept but are ready to take it on. Food or restaurant experience is not required, although we seek those with business management skills or investors who can hire the right team. Rock ‘N’ Taco is a fast-paced work environment the right people will love. If our brand excites you, then we want to hear from you. 

  • Initial Franchise Fee: $45,000 
  • Estimated Initial Investment: $1,493,500 to $1,753,500
  • Royalties: 6% of gross revenues
  • Local Marketing Requirements: $10,000 - $15,000 for Grand Opening $3,000 per month for months four through 12, and then $2,000 per month
  • System Marketing Fund Contribution: 2% of gross revenues
